I graduated from Florida Baptist Theological College -now named The Baptist College of Florida with a degree in music and biblical studies. My experience in the ministry includes: Chaplain Assistant at Jackson Correctional Institution, Mission Pastor at Mary Esther, Florida, Music Pastor at Shalom Community Church in Cali, Colombia, where I taught at the International Baptist Theological Seminary for one year, Music Minister at the First Hispanic Baptist Church of Jacksonville, Worship Leader at Merrill Road Community Church in Jacksonville, and worship leader at Living Stone Ministries, in Jacksonville, also. I have participated in church planting in Florida, Massachusetts and Georgia, and have volunteered for missions in Colombia and Costa Rica. I have been a resident of Jacksonville since 1980, coming from Massachusetts, where we lived for five years. My wife's name is Stella, and we have three sons, Juan Pablo, Andres Felipe and Jaime Joofred.
