I came to Jacksonville in 1985 as a 19 year old sailor and have called it home ever since. While in the Navy, I trusted Christ as my Savior, answered God’s call on my life to full time Christian service, and set out on a course to prepare myself for ministry. I attended Bible College locally and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Theology from Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary. After nine years of military service, I served in full time ministry as a Youth Pastor, School Administrator, and Pastor. In April of 2007, I joined the staff of East Pointe Church. It is a privilege to serve in such a loving church with such a dynamic pastor. I am married to my best friend and love of my life, Michelle, and we have five wonderful children Michael, Stephen, Hannah, Ryan, and Emily.
