The average person spends about 2 years on the phone in a lifetime.

The average person will spend two weeks over their lifetime waiting for the traffic lights to change.

Most Americans sleep more than 6 – 8 hours a day, which is on average around 24 years of their life!

During an average lifetime, a man will spend 3,350 hours removing 8.4 meters of stubble through shaving.

In a 65-year life, a person will have spent 9 years glued to television.

The average American youth watches television 1500 hours per year.

During a week parents spend only 3.5 minutes of meaningful conversation with their children.

The average human wastes about 45 minutes a day.

The average computer user spends 9 minutes every day waiting for files and web screens to download.

The average number of hours spent on a weekly basis by American Internet users in 2009 was 13 hours.

The average 70 year old will waste 5 ½ years of his or her life doing nothing.

The average 70 year old has spent at least 3 years just waiting.
