Upward Flag Football made its debut in the spring of 2007.  Your child will enjoy this competitive, fun and safe alternative to conventional football. Upward Flag Football will assist you in your efforts to build the self-esteem and character of your child while playing in this league. The league features one practice during the week and a game on Saturday.
