I am a 1969 graduate of ECPI, Pittsburgh, PA. I joined the US Navy in 1969 and served four years as a Vietnam veteran. Prior to becoming part of the East Pointe staff in June 2002, my background included computer programmer, customer service, sales support and repair operations for Bristol Myers and Medtronic. My wife, Donna and I have been involved in Children's Ministry since 1987. We have two sons, Chris and Shaun who are both married. Chris and Tawney had their first child named Benjamin born in September 2009. Shaun and Kristin were married in January 2010.

My responsibilities include children's activities for new borns through 5th grade, MMO - Mother's Morning Out, facilities, security, web design & maintenance, and voice &, data operations. My desire is for our children to have a place where they get excited to learn about God within a fun and exciting environment. Kids for the Kingdom!

The Message Bible says this: Let the peace of Christ keep you in tune with each other, in step with each other. None of this going off and doing your own thing. And cultivate thankfulness. Let the Word of Christ—the Message—have the run of the house. Give it plenty of room in your lives. Instruct and direct one another using good common sense. And sing, sing your hearts out to God! Let every detail in your lives—words, actions, whatever—be done in the name of the Master, Jesus, thanking God the Father every step of the way. Colossians 3:15 - 17
