God is willing to give you a sign if He knows it would make a difference.  God alone knows our heart, whether we really want help or not, or if we are just playing Him.  Gideon proved God with a "present", not all that different from God's invitation in Malachi 3.  God delights in receiving OUR PRESENTS and showing that He is capable of blessing us.
